Account balance and refunds

Account balance: minimum $10 top-up, official token prices without extra fees or membership multipliers. Your balance does not expire with a membership. Unspent paid principal is refundable without the membership 14-day deadline.

Membership: within 14 days of each initial or renewal payment, a completely unused paid period is eligible for a full refund. Any actual allowance usage makes that period non-refundable. A refund stops that period and cancels automatic renewal. Wallet usage does not count as membership usage.

Max extra packs: a completely unused pack can be refunded before the earlier of 14 days after purchase or its original membership period end. Used or expired packs cannot be refunded. Unused allowance expires at that period end; renewal does not extend old packs.

Funds are locked while a refund is processed; running requests must settle first. No payment processing fee is deducted; refunds normally return to the original payment method. Membership renews automatically; wallet top-ups and extra packs are one-time purchases.
